Several measures were identified to assess the improvement of strategic objectives following the implementation of the framework and adherence to strategic directions. The following indicates the measurements and measures for each of the strategic objectives.

Measurement:
Track the adoption rate through periodic industry surveys and certification records.


Measures:

1.Percentage of construction firms adopting at least one new digital technology annually

2.Number of projects utilising Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Twins, IoT, etc.

3.Growth rate in digital tool/software licenses issued in the sector

4.Surveyed level of digital maturity across firms (Digital Maturity Index)

Use recognised training completion certificates and digital competency assessments.


Measures:
